One of the leading software products to help with Windows registry problems is Registry Defense by Xionix. Registry Defense is now all new and updated with their RegDefense 2009 version. We liked the previous product so we decided to put the new Registry Defense under our microscope and see if it could perform up to our strict standards.
Xionix claims that running their Registry Defense program, RegDefense 2009, will make any computer run as if it were new. They say it prevents annoying slow downs of the system and eliminates crashes. Registry Defense is fully compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7, along with Windows 2003 server and can run on 32 bit or 64 bit platforms. Some of the features of Registry Defense are:
• Registry optimizer
• Startup manager
• Backup
• System restore
• Automatic scheduler
Registry Defense uses these tools to tweak a system while it fixes invalid file paths, shortcuts, and font files. The program also fixes empty registry keys and corrupt class keys. As a result, increased performance is noticeable. When we tried the product, we were already somewhat familiar with the previous version and we found that RegDefense 2009 tops the former one, outperforming it in every way. Scans are fast and it scans areas that some other registry cleaning programs don’t touch.
Our only gripe about Registry Defense is that it does not offer as many utilities and tools as some of the other registry cleaners, but some people don’t use these extras in the first place. What Registry Defense does, in our opinion, it does well and is well worth the purchase. Click Here For More Info

There are over 13 million reported users of RegistryFix in over 100 countries making it one of the most popular of registry cleaner programs available.
RegistryFix was developed to work with Windows 98/ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
The most common computer problems are found at locations spread throughout your pc. RegistryFix pinpoints these locations and the free scanner allows you to scan for invalid registry entries that may be causing your computer to be slow. Once you have scanned your pc the software will inform you of where the errors exist, and what potentials errors they might cause.
RegistryFix will scan for errors related to Active X controls, DLL issues, Windows Explorer errors, Windows installer issues, Internet Explorer errors, Iexplore and System 32 errors, Runtime errors, Outlook and Outlook Express errors, EXE errors, Sychost errors and a wide variety of other system issues.
Throughout our testing we discovered that RegistryFix is a very good registry cleaner and optimizer. The results of running RegistryFix were immediately obvious as the computer start-up time and speed once again became how it was when we first purchased the pc.
For anyone purchasing the full version of RegistryFix there is a very good online help desk support. However we felt the overall customer service could be a little better.
On the whole RegistryFix is a good, safe and efficient registry cleaner. You can even get a free scan of your pc by going to their site. Click Here For More Info
