reviewed340x250Millions of people around the world suffer from acne. It’s a particularly bad problem with teenage kids. People can develop life-long self esteem issues because of experiences they suffered while they had acne as a teen. For some people, acne doesn’t go away as the get older. Adult acne is a much more common problem than many people realize, and it can be devastating to a persons confidence.

A new book called Acne X Factor, promises to show you the secrets to shutting off the physcal process that causes acne and end the problem once and for all. The book promises to show you secrets to blocking the sugars that many believe lead to acne, and allow healthy skin to flourish. It’s a pretty bold claim, and we were very skeptical, so we decided to give it a try and see for ourselves. To our surprise, the guidelines put forward in the book seem to work, are easy to implement, and as far as we know there are no side effects with these methods.

The biggest negative we can see is the overall marketing style used for the product. They lay it on pretty thick, and some of their claims seem kind of outlandish. Some people may actually be turned off by this marketing style, and avoid a product that offers very good advice. We’re also not sure that this will work for every case of acne. Overall though, we feel Acne X Factor is certainly worth the money and it’s a good thing to try first before you resort to expensive dermatologists, and potentially dangerous pharmaceutical solutions.
